1. Close Your Account
Once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible to you or anyone else. You will not be able to access your consultation history or download proof of an appointment or an invoice. This also affects related patient accounts, features, and services linked to your email address.
To request the closure of your Drmeets account and deletion of your personal information:
- Go to Close Your Drmeets Account.
- Sign in to the account you want to close.
- Review the consultations, prescriptions, and services associated with your account.
- If you still wish to proceed, select a reason from the drop-down menu, check the box next to "Yes, I want to permanently close my Drmeets account and delete my data," and then select Close my Account.
Note: If you have multiple accounts, please follow the steps above for each account to ensure we have the authority to act on every account you wish to close. For more information, visit Manage a "Multiple accounts use the same email" Error.
A confirmation notification will be sent to the email address or phone number on file for your account. You will need to reply within 5 days to verify your request.
If you are having trouble logging in to the account you want to close, go to Why Can't I Log into My Account? for further assistance.
Note: Once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible to you or anyone else, and it cannot be restored. This includes loss of access to past prescriptions, medical records shared on the platform, appointment history, and saved doctor preferences. If you later decide to book consultations through Drmeets again or use features that require an account, you will need to create a new account.
