Welcome to Drmeets, a platform operated by at . These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the platform and its associated services. By registering or accessing any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have completed KYC verification using a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card.
  • Be a registered medical professional (doctor) or licensed medical representative (MR) in India.

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete information during registration. Digital Bolt reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification or violate platform guidelines.

Wallet and Payments

  • Users can load money into their wallets using UPI, Net Banking, Debit, or Credit Cards.
  • A minimum of ₹100 is required to schedule a video call.
  • Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • All transactions are final except under the refund terms below.

Video Consultation & Scheduling

  • Once an appointment is booked, both the doctor and MR receive a confirmation notification.
  • Calls are conducted via the in-platform video tool.
  • Users are expected to be punctual and professional during meetings.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy

  • If a call is missed due to the doctor's unavailability or a technical issue, users are entitled to either:
    • A full refund back to their wallet, or
    • Rescheduling within 24 hours based on doctor availability.
  • Appointments may be cancelled by users up to 8 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • No refund is provided for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 8 hours).

Video Visibility

  • Video calls are by default two-way, ensuring visibility and engagement.
  • Either party may choose to disable video during the session upon mutual agreement.

User Conduct You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or credentials.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten any user or staff.
  • Share account credentials with others.
  • Record or share video sessions without consent.

Data Privacy & Security

  • All user data is handled in compliance with Indian data protection laws.
  • The platform uses SSL encryption and secure data storage.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform—including text, logos, and software—is the property of DigitalBolt Technologies and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to others.

Limitation of Liability

DigitalBolt Technologies is not liable for:

  • Missed appointments due to internet outages or external service failures.
  • Accuracy of information provided by users.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Information We Collect

  • Information You Provide
    • Medical Representatives: Name, contact details, PAN card, Aadhaar, office ID, wallet top-up details.
    • Doctors: Name, contact details, certifications, identification documents.
    • Administrators: Internal access credentials and usage logs.
  • Automatically Collected Information Device and browser information, IP address, usage data such as appointment history, login time, and page interactions.
  • Financial Information Wallet transactions, payment gateway details (via Razorpay/Paytm), and PAN-linked identity.

How We Use Your Information

  • Facilitate and manage appointments between MRs and doctors
  • Verify user identities and ensure compliance (KYC checks)
  • Manage wallet top-ups, payouts, and fee deductions
  • Communicate via email/SMS (e.g., appointment reminders)
  • Detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized access
  • Improve platform functionality and user experience

Legal Basis for Processing (if applicable under GDPR)

  • Consent: For marketing or optional communications
  • Contract: To deliver services as agreed during registration
  • Legal Obligation: Compliance with tax laws, financial regulations
  • Legitimate Interest: Platform improvement, fraud prevention

How We Share Your Information

  • Third-party verification services: e.g., Karza or HyperVerge for document/KYC validation
  • Payment processors: Razorpay, Paytm, etc., for wallet and fee transactions
  • SMS/Email providers: For notifications and communication
  • Law enforcement or regulators: When legally required
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Security

  • End-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest
  • JWT and OTP for secure authentication
  • Fraud detection systems and regular audit trails
